Phoebe is a 2 1/2 year old, Yorki sized X  breed.  She is looking for a kind and understanding new owner who can improve her confidence around meeting new people and fear of the unknown.  Once you have gained her trust Phoebe is friendly and affectionate.  However, her new owner will need to give it time to gain her trust.

Phoebe is happy around other dogs but she is not used to cats or young children.
