Due to the Coronavirus outbreak we are currently only able to rehome a very small number of animals. We are doing this to protect our staff and ensure that they can continue to look after the animals in our care. If you would like to adopt an animal from Wadars please call us between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday on 01903 247111.

Please note - because we are a very small charity and carry out pre and post-adoption home checks to ensure that your new pet is settling in well, we can only home animals within Worthing and an area approximately 10 miles in each direction beyond.

Wadars dogs will come to you having already been vaccinated, microchipped, neutered (if they are old enough), and treated for fleas and worms. If they are not old enough to have been neutered at the time of adoption you will be given a neutering voucher to take to your vet for when they reach the required age. You will also receive one month’s free insurance from Petplan. We strongly recommend that you continue with insurance cover as unexpected veterinary fees can be very expensive.

In order to help cover some of our costs, we ask for a minimum adoption fee of £130 for a dog over six months of age, and £170 under six months.
