Our telephone number is:

This is now the one number to ring for all our services, including animal rescue, pet rehoming, and administration.
A call to our new 0300 number will cost just the same as to our old 01903 numbers.
0300 numbers are designated for use only by public bodies and not-for-profit services, including charities.

For administration matters only, you can also e-mail us:

enquiries@wadars.co.uk
We politely request that you do not email us regarding re-homing matters, since it is imperative that you speak with an Animal Rescue Officer (ARO).
Our AROs can be reached on 0300 30 30 999, Option 2. If they are out of the office then please leave your name and number clearly with a brief message, and they will call you back.
Our AROs are the team with the most up-to-date information on the animals we have in our care, and they are best-placed to answer questions about a pet's suitability to your own home environment. They can provide guidance on whether an animal has already been reserved and may even know of other animals due into our rescue centre that are not yet being advertised!
